(ii) Use all associated Documentation in connection with authorized uses of the Services;

This license is granted solely for your personal or internal business use during the Term.

4.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Services.

4.2. Account Requirements: By agreeing to these Terms, you allow the Services to connect to your aibookgenerator.org account. You must maintain a valid and active account in good standing to access the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that each of your Authorized Users complies with these Terms, any Input you provide, and any activities that occur under your account.

4.3. Output Disclaimer: The Services may generate Output that you can copy or download for your use. You understand and agree that:

(i) The Output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions;

(ii) The Output does not necessarily represent aibookgenerator.org's views;

(iii) The Output should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.

You agree to evaluate Output for correctness and appropriateness before using or sharing it.

4.4. Prohibited Actions: You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

(i) Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Services;

(ii) Reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Services;

(iii) Export or re-export the Services in violation of applicable laws;

(iv) Remove or alter any proprietary notices from the Services;

(v) Circumvent any rate limits or protective measures;

(vi) Use benchmarking results for competitive purposes without prior written permission.

4.5. Compliance with Laws: You shall use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

By providing Input, you grant aibookgenerator.org a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your Input solely to provide and improve the Services.

6.4. Support: aibookgenerator.org may provide support for the Services at our discretion but is not obligated to do so.

6.5. Feedback: Any feedback you provide regarding the Services will be the property of aibookgenerator.org, and you grant us the right to use such feedback without restriction.

7.1. (c) Is rightfully received from a third party without breach of any obligation of confidentiality;

(d) Is independently developed without use of the other party's Proprietary Information.

9.1. Subscription Plans: We offer subscription tiers and pay-as-you-go options as detailed on our pricing page. By selecting a Subscription Plan, you agree to pay the associated Fees.

9.2. Credits: If applicable, your Subscription Plan may include credits for specific Services. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They expire as specified on the pricing page.

9.3. Payment Terms: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees are billed in advance based on the selected Subscription Plan. You must provide a valid payment method and keep it updated. We reserve the right to change pricing and fees with reasonable notice.

9.4. Upgrades and Downgrades: You may upgrade your Subscription Plan at any time, with the new Fees taking immediate effect. Downgrades will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

10.1. Term: These Terms commence on the Effective Date and continue on a monthly basis unless terminated earlier as provided herein.

10.2. Termination or Suspension:

(i) By You: You may terminate your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us at [insert contact email]. Termination will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

(ii) By aibookgenerator.org: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including violations of these Terms, without prior notice. Upon termination, your data and generated content will be deleted.

10.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. Except for Sections 2, 4, 6, 7, 9, and 12, all other provisions of these Terms will terminate. You retain rights to use any Output generated prior to termination.

You must comply with all applicable trade laws and regulations, including sanctions and export control laws. You may not use the Services in violation of these laws, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance.

12.1. Notices: All notices must be in writing and will be deemed given when delivered personally, sent by email with confirmation, or sent by recognized overnight delivery service. Notices to aibookgenerator.org should be sent to reflectiveaillc@gmail.com

12.2. Changes to the Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will endeavor to notify you of significant changes.

Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, it will be resolved by binding arbitration in United States, Florida in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement applies to all Claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms.

12.4.3. Dispute Fees: Each party will bear its own costs of arbitration. aibookgenerator.org may cover the arbitrator's fees if required by applicable arbitration rules.

12.4.4. Class Action Waiver: You and aibookgenerator.org agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action.

12.4.5. Exceptions: You may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or other misuse of proprietary rights.
